There are many restaurants within walking distance serving street food to up-market menus i.e. Let's Sea (150M east), which is beachfront but expensive by Thai standards.
Probably the best and most popular of these is Tiks Seafood Restaurant (300m south), which specializes in seafood but also serves many Thai and western dishes at reasonable prices. Open 9am/10pm except Sunday 1pm/10pm. Full English breakfast is available for 280 baht. Menu is available at

Andreanna's Bakery-Bistro-Deli is situated approx 150m south on main road. They sell great bread and pies as well as serving (mainly) western meals and breakfasts. Sunday is "roast day". Open 8am/6pm, closed Tuesday.
Simply Bistro is a small cafe directly across the street from My Resort. It is open for breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks. A range of Thai and western food is available and the food is good. Open 9am/5pm closed Tuesday.
Amari Hua Hin (next door) is available for extensive buffet breakfast from 7-10.30am every day. Cost is 590 baht per person.
Rua Yacht restaurant is approx 200 metres north on other side of main road (next to Dream Coffee shop).It is a small Thai restaurant, nicely presented with easy to follow menu in both english and thai. It doesn't have a large selection but the food is fresh and tasty, and priced at Thai prices. Open 7am-5pm everyday with an english breakfast option for 130/140 baht.
Take away food is available from numerous Hua Hin restaurants though Grab. You will need to download Grab app to use this service.
Market Village shopping centre (first floor) offers a huge selection of "street food" at cheap prices and is a must do. Catch the bus and be there in about 10 minutes.
Tamarind/Cicada markets (500m north) offer a great selection of food and drinks and free music as well as usual market shopping. Tamarind open every Thurs/ Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 5pm Cicada open every Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 5pm.
